If you are dissatisfied with the ruling at the CCH, you can file an appeal to a three judge panel, which will conduct a review of the transcripts, provided the appeal is filed within 15 days. If you are still displeased with the result, you can take your claims to the District Court of Appeals and to the Texas Supreme Court, if necessary.
