THE OFFICIAL LAW FIRM OF THE TEXAS RANGERS
Jonathan represents employers in labor and labor relations matters and can do so nationwide. He has a background which provides him with unique insight into matters under both the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and matters governing the airline and railroad industries (Railway Labor Act).
Jonathan worked for the National Labor Relations Board for more than twelve years and also served as a high-ranking labor attorney for the Allied Pilots Association (APA), the union representing American Airlines pilots. Further, he also represented Southwest Airlines pilots through the Southwest Airlines Pilots Association. He uses this insight to provide employers with an advantage in labor relations matters.
Please contact Jonathan if you have been served with an unfair labor practice charge, have a matter which is scheduled for NLRB hearing or for arbitration, or if you would like assistance with union negotiations. Jonathan can also assist you with union organizing campaigns.
Jonathan can also represent clients in employment matters including employment discrimination (Title VII, ADA, ADEA) and wage & hour matters (Fair Labor Standards Act) as he is Board Certified in Labor & Employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Jonathan is admitted to practice in Texas and the District of Columbia. He is a senior editor of The Railway Labor Act, a treatise published by Bloomberg/BNA. He frequently speaks on labor and employment topics. Previous speaking engagements have included speaking at the American Law Institute Airline & Railroad Labor & Employment Conference, the Annual Course on Labor Law and Labor Arbitration at the Center for American and International Law, and to an audience of several NLRB regions.
