When your family is in turmoil, you need an attorney on your side to counsel, advise and guide you through the complicated legal system. You need someone to fight for what is right for you and your loved ones.
That is where I can help. My name is Christine Clary, a family law attorney with Bailey & Galyen. I have focused my career on helping families navigate their way through the challenges of family litigation.
I grew up as the daughter of a prominent small town attorney. By working in his office, I saw first-hand how important it was for his clients to have someone on their side, fighting for them and their best interest. In high school, I began training for that task. The first step was to learn to argue by competing in speech and debate tournaments. I then went on to the University of Texas to study the art of persuasive writing. After getting my Bachelor's degree, I worked for a trial consulting firm where I learned different approaches of presenting arguments to judges and juries. Next, I studied law at St. Mary's University. There, II learned to evaluate each case carefully, focus on its strengths and tackle its challenges effectively.
I have been practicing family law since 2009. My first five years were focused in Wise and Parker Counties. Since 2014, my practice has been focused in Tarrant, Dallas and surrounding counties. My experience includes:
- helping my clients with adoptions;
getting my clients the best possible outcome in their divorces;
fighting for the best interest of children in custody disputes,
advocating for fair child support and spousal support amounts, when necessary;
guiding my clients through the investigation process with CPS while ensuring my clients are treated fairly
representing my clients zealously in every aspect of the family law process
I strongly believe in consistent communication with my clients. I never want a client to feel forgotten or in the dark. I do my best to keep my clients updated and to be their voice. This is your life and your case. I am here to help and stand in your corner.
