Persia is a Dallas native, born and raised in Plano, Texas. After graduating from high school, she went on to attend the University of Texas at Austin and fulfilled her dream of becoming a longhorn. There, she double majored in History and Sociology and earned her Bachelor of Arts from UT in 2012. She then went on to attend law school at St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. During her time there she enjoyed mentorship by one of her professors and was involved in many groups and activities. She was a member of the Bexar County Young Lawyers Association, the Business Law Association, the Oil and Gas Society, the Women's Law Association, and she was the president of the Water and Environmental Law Society. Persia was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2016.

Here, Persia is a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. In her free time, Persia enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Persia joined the Bailey & Galyen personal injury team in 2017 to protect the rights of injured individuals, negotiating settlements related to motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
