Scott Gerald Robelen was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1989, and is licensed to practice in the United States Federal District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of the State of Texas .  In 1986, he received his BBA with emphasis in Finance and Economics from the University of Oklahoma . In 1989, Mr. Robelen earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was a member of the honorary fraternity, Phi Delta Phi.

Mr. Robelen is a trial lawyer, and has been advocating his clients' causes in the courtroom since he tried his first case as a licensed legal intern 20 years ago. Since then, he has seated over two-hundred civil juries in multiple State and Federal courts. Mr. Robelen has obtained substantial verdicts in many of his cases; some where there had been no offers of settlement. His verdicts have changed the policies of police departments, human resource departments, emergency rooms, universities, and insurance companies.

Mr. Robelen has extensive experience on both sides of the lawsuit, and he uses his unique perspective to maximize recovery for his clients, while handling their cases with diligence, zeal and efficiency.

Mr. Robelen is a member of the Texas State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and the Dallas Bar Association. He is very active in the Dallas County pro bono legal programs, and he oversees and serves as lead trial counsel on all personal injury litigation for the Firm's clients nationwide.
